2003 Official Judges Panel Please meet the official judges for the 2003 pageant. These judges were chosen for their various skills and have generously donated their time during the busy Holiday Season to judge this pageant. These judges have nothing to gain by whomever has been named the winner- and deserve respect for the time and effort they have given. THANK YOU SUE DONOVAN- HEAD JUDGE                                       Sue is the creator, owner and Director of the Ms. Technology International Pageant and is married with 3 Children (Haley, Karen & Peter). Both Sue and her hubby Bob serve our Country in the millitary....he in the Army and she in the National Guard. Sue is also an experienced pageant competitior, titleholder and judge. Sue has judged this pageant in the past and has always been a fair and honest judge. TONYA JETER                                                       Tonya Jeter is a well-known name in the Entertainment Industry. She has worked in the Music Business for 12 years for such companies as Trippin Records, Bad Boy Entertainment and Apocalypse International where she was the Vice President of Central Administration. Tonya has many talents such as Cosmetology, Photography (Winner of an International Photography Contest in 2001), Acting, and Writing (poetry, scripts and songs). She recently took on the project of writing a column "Just Ask TJ" for Epic an International Pageantry and Fashion Online Magazine. Tonya works full time for one of the top 5 Marketing Companies in the industry. She is also the New Jersey State Director for All American Family Pageants; in the months to come she will be adding Connecticut and Rhode Island to her Directorship making her the Regional Director. Tonya does not stop there! She is a plus size model you may have seen her modeling for the Couture Fashion Designer, Lonie Cisco or for Diva Glam "The Full Figured Tour". But wait there is more; she is the 1st Runner Up for Miss Full Figured USA 2001 - 2002 and the CEO of BBBW (Big Bold Beautiful Women a agency for Plus size models). DEBBIE & FRANK EICHLER                                                    Frank & Debbie Eichler of central New Jersey first experienced the pageant world at a small NJ township pageant in 2000, in which both of their daughters competed for the very first time. Since then, pageantry has become their family's hobby and passion. Frank coaches his daughters for all catagories of competition while Debbie's talent is creating and embellishing their daughters' wardrobes. They are the owners of Little Stars Pageant Coaching.
