J. Dawn Smith was Ms. Picture Perfect US 2002. She represented Nortern Georgia. Aside from winning the National Title, Dawn was also awarded the Glamour, Fitness, & Eloquence Awards, and placed as 1st Runner-Up in the Ms. Picture Perfect Internet competition! Cheryl Grobelny who was Ms. Picture Perfect New Jersey won the Title of Ms. Picture Perfect US 2001. Cheryl also won the Eloquence & Personality Awards and actually won the Ms. Picture Perfect Internet competition. Since she won the National Title though, she was removed from the internet competiton & the title went to Cara Lisa Farerri of Florida.

Debbie Goldstein, the creator of this competiton served as the first titleholder- Ms. Picture Perfect US 1999 - 2000, and assumed the title in order to promote the then brand new competition.
