Who can enter this pageant?
Any woman who is aged 23 or over by the official pageant deadline (Dec. 1, 2003), born female, and a born or naturalized citizen of the United States, and submits all required competition materials and fees to the pageant by the specified dates. A competitors marital status, children, or size is not a factor in competition.
How much does it cost to enter this pageant?
The cost to enter this pageant depends on the contestant and the Entry Options she chooses when registering for the pageant. The minimum fee to enter is $40.00. Complete information about Entry Fees can be found on the Entry Information page.

When is the deadline to enter?
The deadline to enter the 2004 Ms. Picture Perfect US Pageant is December 1, 2003. This means all required materials and fee payments must be recieved on or prior to this date, not postmarked, mailed, or shipped by this date.
I have missed the deadline to submit my materials, can I get a refund?
Contestants are responsible for knowing when their material are due, and can keep abreast of all details of this pageant by checking in on this website periodically. It is neither the fault or responsibility of the pageant to remind contestants to send in required materials or fees, those contestants who fail to do so are disqualified from all competitions with no right to a refund or credit of any kind. Refunds are not given by this pageant under any circumstances with the exception of the complete cancellation of competition by the owner/director.
The pageant timeline has changed making it inconvenient for me to sumit materials or compete. Can I get a refund?
It is not the intention of the pageant to vary from the current pageant timeline as posted on this site however, unforseen events could cause a delay or set-back in pageant timeline. This will only be done in extreme cases and deadlines will never be moved forward, only delayed or set back. Contestants inconvenienced by a change in pageant timeline are not entitled to any refund or credit of money paid to compete. Refunds are not given by this pageant under any circumstances with the exception of the complete cancellation of competition by the owner/director.
What are National Side Awards?
National Side Awards are honors given to contestants by the judges panel who choose their winners based on the required entry materials submitted by contestants for the Main Title (Ms. Picture Perfect US) competition. There are also awards that are chosen by those other than the judge's panel such as the other contestants, website visitors, Pageant Director and Reigning Queen.
What are National Side Titles?
National Side Titles are those honors awarded to contestants who have opted to showcase their strengths by entering one of these side competitions. Each Side Title competitions offer contestants the chance to win a National Title. Side Title competitions are optional to contestants and in no way affects the pageant judging or scoring for the Ms. Picture Perfect US Title.
Who can compete for National Side Titles?
Any contestant entered in the pageant may choose to compete in any one, multiple, or all of the Side Title Competitions. The choice is completely theirs to make. Though the more Side Title competitions a contestant enter the more chances she gives herself of being recognized as a winner of member of the court.
What are "Banner styles"?
The term "Banner styles" refers to the pageant banners associated with this pageant. Basic Style sashes are black satin sashes embroidered with pink writing, Signature Style sashes are black satin sashes trimmed and embroidered with pink, Deluxe Style sashes are single-row Rhinestone-trimmed Signature sashes, Supreme Style sashes are double-row rhinestone-trimmed Signature sashes.

How is the pageant judged?
The pageant is judged completely online by an impartial panel of judges who have nothing to gain from who is named the winner in any portion of this pageant. These people could be pageant titleholders or directors, owners of related types of business or services, modeling agents etc. These people volunteer their time and various expertise to the pageant to judge and choose pageant and award winners.
Who determines the Side Title Winners?
The Side Titles of Ms. Picture Perfect Fitness & Elegance will be determined by the judges panel from the required competition material submitted by the contestants. The Title of Ms. Picture Perfect Dynamic will be determinded by the amount of effort the contestant puts into achieving this title, and by a pageant staff review panel.
When will the winners be announced?
Currently the date to announce the 2004 pageant winners is set for New Years Eve- December 31, 2003.

When will the winners receive their prizes?
The winners of the 2003 Ms. Picture Perfect US, Elegance & Fitness titles are subject to completing their Queens Contract prior to receiving any of the prizes contained in their packages. Other Award and Title winners should expect to receive their prizes within 3-8
weeks after the announcement of winners has been made.
What is a Queens Contract and why do pageant winners have to sign them?
A Queens Contract outlines the duties and responsibities that the National winner/s is expected to fullfill and abide by while she holds a National Title in this system.
Will I receive copies of my scores, and will I be able to compare them to the winners? Contestants in the 2003 pageant will receive a single email copy of all judges scores broken-down for them within 1-2 weeks after the announcement of winners. The scores of each judged Queen and her Court will be posted on a password protected page on this site for 1 complete month so contestants may compare their scores to those of the winner and court.
I won a National Side Title will I be able to compete again?
If you win a National Side Title you will be able to compete in the pageant again the following year but cannot compete in the Side Title competition for which you are the current reigning Queen.
Can I hold more than one Side Title at a time?
No you may not hold more than one National Side Title concurrently. If you have entered numerous Side Title competitions and are judged or chosen to be the winner of more than one of these, you would be awarded the title of whichever competition you scored highest in. This, we believe, makes the pageant more fair and equitable.
Can the winner of the Ms. Picture Perfect US title also be named a Side Title winner?
No, the winner of the title of Ms. Picture Perfect US cannot hold a National Title at the same time she is serving as overall National Queen. If this same person has been judged or chosen as a National Side Title Winner, by virtue of winning the overall National Title the Side Titles will be awarded to the "1st Runner-Up", and the members of any Courts will move up one slot.
I won the title of Ms. Picture Perfect, can I compete again?
Winners of the Title of Ms. Picture Perfect US are disallowed from competing in this pageant during the time of, and one full year after their reign as National Queen has ended. (Example: You win the title of Ms. Picture Perfect 2001, you are the Reigning Queen during the 2002 competition, and sitting out for the 2003 competition. You would be able to compete in this system again begining with the 2004 competition.)
