ENTRY OPTIONS
Please note that may changes have been made to this pageant including extreme changes
to the Entry Fees and entry options available to contesants. Contestants must Pre-register
and be accepted as a contestant prior to sending any money or materials, or representing themselves a contestant in this pageant. Please note however that your name will not be
placed on this site as an official contestant until all Entry Fees have been paid in full.
Pageant Entry Fees may be paid via Paypal, or by Personal Check or US Postal Money
Order made payable to Debbie Goldstein only. Checks or MOs made out improperly will be retunred and a correctly complete replacement must be received within 14 days for your entry to remain vaild. Checks returned for any reason will incurr a $25.00 returned check fee.
Ms. Picture Perfect US Returning Delegate Entry Fee $20.00
2003 State Titleholders may retain their State Title and compete for the 2004
Ms. Picture Perfect US Title for this special, limited-time returning Delegate fee.
Offer is valid for 2003 contestants only, and expires on January 30th, 2003.
Returning Delegates must submit their online registration prior to this date to
receive their returning Delegate discount.
Ms. Picture Perfect US Pageant Entry Fee: $40.00
All contestants must enter this portion of the pageant. This includes a state, regional-state
or city title, the right to compete for Ms. Picture Perfect US 2004, conideration for Awards,
and Certificate of Participation. Winner is chosen by a panel of judges.
Ms. Picture Perfect Elegance Entry Fee: $25.00
Enter to compete for this prestigious National Title. Competitiors need to submit additional photos/materials to compete for this title. Winner is determinded by the official panel of judges.
Ms. Picture Perfect Internet $25.00 Additional Fee
